Gerbino Rosato is a rosé wine, made from a selection of
estate grown Nero d'Avola, of great harmony and
pleasantness. Mineral notes balance hints of raspberry and
hibiscus flower. On the palate, it is silky and round with
excellent structure and length.

Nero d’Avola is the typical red variety of Agrigento's Terre
Sicane, where brothers Gunther and Klaus Di Giovanna,
make their version of rosé since 2004. More than 30 years
ago the Di Giovanna family began making wine from their
56 hectares of high-altitude, estate vineyards planted
between Sambuca di Sicilia and Contessa Entellina.
Nero d’Avola covers much of the family property, planted
in areas particularly rich in mixed clay and volcanic tuff.
Named after the historic Gerbino vineyard, it's a fruit
forward and inviting rosé wine. It's hand-made from the
vineyard to the cellar, with a profound respect for territory.
Gerbino Rosato carries a stylistic seal of Sicilian
expressivenes and elegance.
