Gerbino Bianco is a fresh, fruity and harmonious Sicilian
white wine, perfect for every day enjoyment. Aromas of
white flowers, peach, melon and a hint of honey follow each
other and accompany a soft yet elegant structure.

DESCRIPTION
This multi-faceted white is born from a union of Chardonnay,
Grillo and Viognier, typical grapes of the Terre Sicane.
Everything in the vineyards happens with respect for the
vines and their territory, with no use of any chemical or
synthetic substances.
The grapes are sourced from the historic family vineyards of
Gerbino and Paradiso in Contessa Entellina. Impeccable care
for the vineyards and at harvest, the grapes are hand-picked,
each variety at perfect maturity. Destemmed grapes are soft
press and fermentation takes place in stainless steel. Aged
for 6 months in stainless steel, on the fine lees.
Gerbino Bianco recalls the Sicilian summer, with its enticing
bright yellow reflections. From the first aromas the wine
recalls Mediterranean herbs and citrus, melon and hints of
honey. Expressive and full of contrasts between fruity and
savory notes.
